Eligibility:
• Only items purchased directly from Areen Pack’s e-commerce site are eligible for returns.
• Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer support team at helpdesk@areenpack.com with your order number, the item(s) for return, and the reason for the return.
2. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
3. Ensure the items are in their original packaging and unused. Items showing signs of use or damage may not be accepted.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refund or Exchange:
• Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
• Exchanges will be shipped to you with additional shipping charges, if applicable.
Processing time: 14 business days after the items are received.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In case you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We may request photos for verification. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns in such cases.
